Abstract
In terms of effective field theory and mixed-propagator approach,
we show that there is a larger hidden effect of isospin breaking
in
decay due to a
exchange,
. The
branching ratio is predicted as
,
which is much larger than Particle Data Group's datum
and one of charged mode,
.
14.40.Cs - Other mesons with S=C=0, mass < 2.5 GeV.
13.25.Jx - Decays of other mesons.
12.40.Vv - Vector-meson dominance.
13.40.Hq - Electromagnetic decays.
