Using a constituent-quark model we study possible bound or resonance N¯ states. The model fits the p¯ and p¯ cross-sections and explains the large 3 P 0 antiprotonium energy shift. Only a resonance is found in the 3 P 0 I = 0 partial wave. The threshold enhancement in the J/Ψ→γp¯ decay can be explained with FSI effects in S-waves and no N¯ bound state is needed.
