The radiative ϕ → π0π0 γ decay

The f 2(1270) tensor meson contribution to the ϕ → π0π0 γ decay is studied within the framework of a phenomenological approach. The higher resonance is combined with the process involving f 0 scalar meson intermediate state and chiral loop. Then, we estimate the coupling constant g ϕσγ considering the effect of the ϕ-ϕ mixing and a set of values of σ meson parameters M σ and Γ σ . And also we investigate the effect of the coupling constant g ϕσγ for the ϕ → π0π0 γ decay considering different groups of the contributions. A comparison of our results with the ones existing in the literature is presented.
