Hyperon production at COSY-TOF

The strangeness production program at the COSY-TOF experiment is discussed. The apparatus is shown emphasizing the technique to measure delayed decays. Results obtained for the reactions pp→K + Λp and pp→K 0 Σ + p are discussed.
