In this paper, we present a model which is composed of two parts related to the special critical points, E(5) (the phase transition between spherical oscillator and -soft) and X(3) (a
-rigid version of X(5) . This model is studied to investigate the interplay situations by the free parameter
. These situations are cited between the
-unstable and
-rigid version of the Bohr Hamiltonian. The corresponding wave equation has been considered and the eigenvalues as well as eigenfunctions have been determined by solving this equation. Moreover, we have calculated the energy spectra and transition rates in order to compare our results with experimental data.
